Who We Are
The Community Support & Nutrition Program (CSNP) is a multi-component health impact program that includes: Nutrition Education Programming, Monthly Health Screenings, Grocery Assistance and Home Delivery. We treat every person seeking assistance with kindness, respect, and dignity. Our programs are free to all those who need our services for as long as those services are needed, and are patron driven.
What We Do
The CSNP has distribution sites in both Greater Greensboro and Greater High Point. Patrons enjoy a self-choice shopping experience at one of our in-person Markets or through online order pick-ups. Greensboro and High Point locations offer shoppers the choice of what fits their schedules better.
